At Lodgeselect Apartment, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Partial Refund

For cancellations made within 7 days of check-in and up to 24 hours before check-in, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Non-Refundable Period

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Additional Terms

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
• Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rate differences.
• Special promotional or discounted bookings may be subject to separate cancellation conditions.
